Returns and warranty

OXBOARD gives a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Within this period, you can make a warranty claim via service@oxboard.nl. We will contact you as quickly as possible (within 3 working days) to arrange for collection of your OXBOARD. There are no costs involved. On receipt of the defective OXBOARD, it will be repaired within 5 working days. If the repair is covered by the warranty conditions (which you will receive when purchasing your OXBOARD), no further charge will be made. If the repair is not covered by the warranty conditions, we will contact you regarding the costs of repair before undertaking action. We will not start the repair without your approval, after which the repaired OXBOARD will be returned to you with an invoice. Should you decide not to have your OXBOARD repaired, we shall return the defective OXBOARD to you, along with an invoice for transport and inspection costs, for € 50.

Repair

If your OXBOARD becomes defective outside the warranty period, or you have personally damaged your OXBOARD, please make a request for repair via service@oxboard.nl. We will contact you as quickly as possible (within 3 working days) to arrange for collection of your OXBOARD. There are no costs involved. On receipt of the defective OXBOARD, we shall contact you regarding the costs of repair. Following your approval, we shall repair the OXBOARD within 5 working days and will return it to you with an invoice. Should you decide not to have your OXBOARD repaired, we shall return the defective OXBOARD to you, along with an invoice for transport and inspection costs, for € 50.

Returns procedure

Have you ordered an OXBOARD and would you like to cancel your purchase within 14 days? You may return your OXBOARD undamaged and in the original packaging. Please mail us at sales@oxboard.nl to arrange this. We will contact you as quickly as possible (within 3 working days) to arrange for collection of your OXBOARD. There are no costs involved. On receipt of the OXBOARD, we will inspect it for signs of use or any other damage. If we are convinced that the product is unused and in new condition, we will reimburse your purchase sum within 5 working days. If our inspection shows the OXBOARD to have signs of use or damage, OXBOARD retains the right to deduct any repair costs from the purchase sum before reimbursement. In that case, we will always contact you first.
