HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Go to our webshop, where you will find the overview of all our products. Have you found the desired products? Place it in the shopping cart. To do this, click the “In Cart” button that is listed for each product. You will automatically end up in your shopping cart. Continue shopping in our webshop? Then click on the shopping cart “Continue shopping”. You then return to the product overview. Or you can continue with “Checkout” at the bottom of the page. Ready? Check the contents of the shopping cart and continue the ordering process.

SHIPMENT

Our carrier is GLS. Do you want to receive a Track-and-trace code? Submit your Track-and-trace request at info@oxboard.com stating your order details.

When you are not at home upon delivery, GLS takes the package with you and offers the package again the next day.
No shipping costs are charged for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

For Dutch delivery addresses, the orders are sent before 15:00 that same day, which you will receive the next working day.
For Belgian delivery addresses, the orders are sent before 15:00 that same day, which you will receive within 2 working days.
Shipping to other countries costs € 49.00. Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver outside the EU. The OXBOARD is sent on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. For German delivery addresses is only sent on Tuesday and Thursday. You will receive your OXBOARD within 5 working days after ordering.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay for your OXBOARD through iDeal, PayPal, Creditcard or prepayment. As soon as the payment is received, delivery of your OXBOARD can be scheduled. The invoice is included in the final delivery. All amounts mentioned on this website include VAT.
