We moeten deze situatie niet onderschatten, daarentegen moeten we ook onder deze moeilijke omstandigheden proberen een \u2018leefbare\u2019 situatie te behouden en alle mensen inclusief onze medewerkers, zakelijke partners en\u00a0 klanten te beschermen. Wij van Oxboard zijn aan het werk, maar hierbij willen we je wel informeren welke maatregelen wij hebben getroffen om mee te werken aan de beperking van de explosieve expansie van het virus.<\/p>\n<p>Ten eerste; we volgen ten alle tijden de richtlijnen van het RIVM (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rivm.nl\/nieuws\/actuele-informatie-over-coronavirus?utm_source=hs_email&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_content=84842867&amp;_hsenc=p2ANqtz-9jHfYbJoKwFZszTI-wHjnkrb146A_U14zYX71uW4QzvnYRsTDbNRFrOKiR-weIRMWBBzcJRQjUm5AmHlSgbT2R9bCFQg&amp;_hsmi=84842867\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.rivm.nl\/nieuws\/actuele-informatie-over-coronavirus<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Wij zijn dus open, compleet operationeel en volledig beschikbaar. We hebben uitgebreide maatregelen getroffen om continu\u00efteit te waarborgen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Een deel van onze medewerkers werken vanuit huis<\/li>\n<li>De medewerkers die op kantoor werken, werken fysiek van elkaar ge\u00efsoleerd (de werkplekken zijn meer dan 3 meter van elkaar verwijderd)<\/li>\n<li>Medewerkers op kantoor wassen en desinfecteren hun handen ieder uur<\/li>\n<li>De fysieke contacten worden zowel zakelijk als priv\u00e9 geminimaliseerd<\/li>\n<li>Bij ziekteverschijnselen geen toegang meer tot kantoor en thuis in quarantaine<\/li>\n<li>Fysieke contacten, met medewerkers en\/of zakelijke contacten vindt tot nader order niet meer plaats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Speciale richtlijnen bij het verzenden van bestellingen<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ons magazijn mag alleen betreden worden na het desinfecteren van de handen en vervolgens het gebruik van handschoenen<\/li>\n<li>Bij het ophalen van de bestellingen vanuit het magazijn worden uitsluitend beschermende handschoenen gedragen<\/li>\n<li>Bij het toevoegen van de pakbon\/factuur en aanbrengen van de GLS pakketsticker wordt er ook met de handschoenen gewerkt<\/li>\n<li>De pakketten worden ter afhaling klaar gezet.
